Shloka are couplets with a moral value.They are a set of two lines .Sometimes a set of 4 also. These shloka are many times spoken in praise of gods nature . Some shloka are suggestive of morals which are guidelines to a smooth happy and peaceful life.A shloka reciting competition has been conducted in our school for pre-primary. Students took part with great enthusiasm. The recitation was appreciated by teachers one by one students came to the stage and recite the shloka in very melodious way.The teachers appreciated the efforts made by the students of pre-primary and congratulated the winners.
